Today we sit down with Will Balthrope, who has more than 25 years of Texas multifamily sales. He is currently the team lead for IPA Texas. This episode is the first of a 3 part series about Texas, Will will share an overview to the state and insight into the 4 largest markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and his hometown, San Antonio.
Texas has a very well known business-friendly environment which draws in investors and industry alike, but each of these cities have their own unique characteristics. The Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston metro areas have populations of over 7 million people, while smaller San Antonio and Austin are competitive markets in their own rights.
